COFCO Corporation and China Eastern Airlines signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement in COFCO Plaza on October 25, 2013.
According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in passenger transportation, air logistics, E-commerce, airline meals, travel tickets, etc., and also explore possibilities in cooperating in media and advertising, trade and business, management training, etc.
The cooperation is mutually beneficial in profitability, brand image, state-owned asset appreciation and business growth. Influence and competitiveness of the two parties will be further strengthened.
