Mr. Frank Ning, as Chinese representative of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), attended its fourth session of 2012 and APEC Business Leader Summit in Vladivostok from September 3 to 8, 2012.
During the event, Mr. Frank Ning exchanged views with government officials and business leaders from other countries on grain safety and cooperation. He also hosted the dialogue between business leaders and top government officials on regional economic integration, grain safety, supply chain reliability, innovation and growth.
ABAC is the only standing institution representing the business sector in APEC. Its mission is to come up with ideas and advice instrumental to development of the business sector. It submits the advisory report directly to the top leaders of APEC members and has face to face dialogue with them.
