The Fortune Global 500 for 2013 was published on July 8. COFCO Corporation ranked the 357th for the 20th consecutive year, which was notably ahead of its 2012 performance.
Those companies to be listed in the Fortune Global 500 this year must make sales revenue of not less than USD 23.2 billion, a USD 1.2 billion increase compared to last year. Of the 31 newly listed companies this year, 18 are China-based companies.
